Firstly, Pam was very quick to come and look and do an appraisal. I had spoken to a number of agents selling other houses I had looked at potentially buying, they were all talk about coming out and doing an appraisal, none of them showed up! Secondly, Pam was bang on with the price. I am always very wary that agents over inflate the value to get you to list, however in my case, with Pam, she got the top $$ within the range she said she thought it was worth.
