About Julene Foster

I have been a resident of Mount Maunganui and Papamoa for 58 years. Married for 38 years, now a widow, with three lovely daughters, all educated in Mount Maunganui. During this time I was a member of the Mt Maunganui Intermediate School Committee and Mt Maunganui College Board of Governors. I also organised and operated discos and school holiday programmes. I joined the real estate profession 39 years ago with Eves Coxhead & Associates achieving many awards as a successful sales consultant. I gained my AREINZ qualification in 1986 and then went on to establish Mount Realty Ltd as an owner/manager for 12 years while continuing as a sales consultant. In 2008 I joined Eves Realty/Bayleys Real Estate Group – a very strong brand in marketing and selling real estate.
